The hotel was wonderful, the room was unique and I loved very welcoming staff. I didn't have time and missed the American breakfast. The service was friendly and the pool was great. The location was favourable, easy walk to a smithsonian-affiliated museum. The property itself was in a downtown area, near to The Farm, Las Casuelas, Tuscan Grill and Peabodys and the restaurants and Palm Desert.

My stay here was such wonderful. The breakfast was exceptionally nice, they make a lot of meals. Booked a room with wonderful views of the mountains. The hotel was placed in the central location in the desert. And it was also right by Palm Spring's main shopping street and wonderful restaurants and the art museum and main part of town.

We appreciated rooms with a patio for the dog.

Wonderful overall experience. Relaxing accommodation, absolutely perfect location in the' kitchen' area of the suite we were staying in, incredibly nice breakfast. Spacious room, exceptionally comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Wonderful view of the mountains.

Wonderful place for a visit to Palm Springs with perfect location close enough to walk to nearly everything and friendly services. Location so close to the centre. Nearby Revel Public House - great place to chill out.

This hotel is fantastic! The location is amazing, just a short walk to the downtown strip. It's the perfect place for exploring and grabbing a bite to eat. The room amenities are top-notch, from the air conditioning to the mini-bar. I also loved the outdoor seating area, where I could unwind and enjoy the beautiful garden. The staff here is incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

The staff can be a bit limited in their ability to make reservations or changes in the system. It's also a bit frustrating when you have to wait for the manager to be on-site for certain requests.

We loved the natural and quiet location of this hotel, nestled right by the mountains and close to all the local shops and restaurants. The kitchen and dining area in our spacious suite added to our overall comfort, and we found the air conditioning and free toiletries to be nice touches. The staff were friendly, and the spa and outdoor pool were perfect for relaxing.

Loved the swimming pool right outside our room door - easy to swim before breakfast which was served in the garden. We didn't use the kitchen facilities but plan to return and make use of them next time we stay. Great to stay somewhere with individual character - we loved it!

The setting was cozy as was my room. It had the feel of a bed and breakfast rather than the bigness and impersonal quality of one of the larger chains. It was located ideally to the activities of downtown Palm Springs which was convenient. I enjoyed the Spanish feel for the area.

I appreciated the American breakfast. The entire staff were superbly friendly and accommodating. The setting was quite magnificent within easy reach of an art museum.

I loved the old mission style relaxed quiet I will definatly be going again.
